You must be willing to fill out a release form as this event will be filmed. Solo diners welcome!
You are not acting; you are being yourself enjoying a meal out and sharing stories while being entertained.
1) Please decide on your food order using the menu.
2) Add up the items, multiply it by 5% (PST) for your total cost (tip and beverages are separate)
3) Fill out the RSVP form below, INCLUDING the food options you have chosen for you and your guests and the TOTAL amount you will be sending.
4) Follow the payment instructions to the right of the menu to PREPAY for your items. These must be paid for by SUNDAY, JULY 19 so we can inform the restaurant.
